Sealing is the technological basis of the NOVARIA system. Surfaces are prepared and coated with a virtually invisible, antistatic, and food-safe protective layer. This reduces dirt adhesion, protects materials long-term, and allows for cleaning with minimal effort.
The NOVARIA system ensures that housekeeping follows a clearly defined process. After sealing, rooms and areas are cleaned according to a standardized procedure: same sequence, same products, same steps. Cleaning is primarily carried out with a dry cloth and the NOVARIA special cleaner (based on distilled water and alcohol). Clear responsibilities and digital documentation replace improvisation.

Before we begin, we analyze workflows, spaces, and processes together. NOVARIA is offered exclusively as a service – never as a product on a shelf. Therefore, a customized concept is developed and implemented within a few weeks, without disrupting operations.
All surfaces are prepared and protected with a barely visible, antistatic and food-safe coating (certified by SST Oberflächentechnik*).
From now on, cleaning is possible without aggressive cleaning agents. Primarily with a dry cloth and the NOVARIA special cleaner (based on distilled water and alcohol).
