Contacting us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This allows only for approximate geolocation. Our legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR is the improvement of our services and our website. Because the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized. User data is stored for a period of 14 months and then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You have the fundamental rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
